ProCharger Compressor Impeller Wheel Upgrade/Replacement (D1X P1X CCW CW)
Upgrade/replacement for ProCharger D1X and P1X units. Of the standard 6+6 blade style (6 main blades, 6 splitter blades). Available in 8+8 blade style (8 main blades, 8 splitter blades - power comes on earlier) and in both CW and CCW rotations.
Inducer size - 3.57"
Exducer size - 6.2"
Designed in house with the use of CFD tools, our compressor impeller wheels feature advanced modified geometry over original, are dynamically balanced, and manufactured using point milling 7-axis CNC machines (as compared to flank milled on 5-Axis machines as is typical). Base material is always a block of billet aerospace grade 7075-T6 aluminum. Please specify what color you would like when you place the order or will be sent at random.
For P1X head units, minor modifications to housing and volute are required. Instruction on modification required are included with your order if requested. Most machine shops will be able to perform the modifications required for around $100.
