What will you create today?

We achieved the accuracy and precision required for the project, manufacturing the gearset using technologies such as hobbing, precision grinding, and nitriding along with standard manufacturing techniques to achieve the clients goal.

The project included multiple components that required tight and accurate fits with each other. We provided the client with high-quality, anodized and finished parts, ready for assembly to the client.
We were able to meet our client's extremely tight delivery target when no other vendor could, all while offering extremely competitive value and pricing.

We utilized 3D Scanning technology to create a baseline design, followed by the development of a CAD model, further modifying the design and blade curves as requested by the client, iterating and improving the design using CFD analysis, resulting in 2 designs for real world testing.
Machining complex parts such as these is managed using advanced point milling on a 7-axis CNC. Client had also requested anodizing to different colors. Due to the high RPM application, we ensured perfect balance of the compressor wheels by performing dynamic balancing services, complete with reports for each unit produced.
As per our agreement with the client, we now offer these improved impeller designs to customers. You can find them in our shop!

Our in house engineering team created a new design, implementing minor changes to enchance the functionality and aesthetic of the new part. Multiple prototypes were first 3D printed, and a final design was machined from AL-6061 stock, brushed and anodized.
Our attention to detail and one-on-one approach is what sets us apart, and helps us achieve and exceed client expectations!

At only 4mm thick and 20mm long, these pins were very small in size and posed a manufacturing challenge, especially in the expedited timerame the client required; however we were able to esure the client was able to progress the project and made the ends meet.
This project required a strict and urgent timeline, and we were able to meet the tight deadline our client required, while being able to meet and exceed all expectations.

Our P1X to D1X impeller upgrade neccesitated the need to develop a custom faster to support the upgraded larger impeller on the shorter P1X shaft. Anodized and hardened, these fasteners are a reliability and performance upgrade, designed to enhance airflow over where typically a flat bolt would be.

Provided with the original parts in hand, we worked closely with the client and produced several prototypes, handling the entire project from 3D modeling, simulating loads, prototyping, testing, and final manufacturing, successfully providing a product that met the client needs.
Being a critical safety component while also being an aesthetically visible peice, it was important to ensure the bracket would handle the expected loading and stress, while also ensuring the final product was aesthetically pleasing.
