Shipping Policy

Every BI (Billet Industries) product is shipped with care and attention to detail, reflecting the craftsmanship we stand behind.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Custom or special‑order items may require additional lead time.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via trusted carriers (Canada Post, USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or other intermediate carriers) to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Standard shipping, expedited options, and international shipping are available at checkout. Refer to pricing and timelines shown at checkout.

 

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are listed at flat rates dependent of delivery location.

  • For larger orders, please email customer support at my domain@domain.com. We may be able to offer alternative options. 

 

Delivery Estimates

  • Refer to pricing and timelines shown at checkout.

  • Timelines for delivery are estimates based on previous customers and historical data and are not guaranteed. However, we try our best to deliver your order as fast as possible.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at billetindustries.cs@gmail.com.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate and open an investigation as required. We may require information from you as the investigation progresses.
