Return Policy

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every BI (Billet Industries) product we offer. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, or any issues arise during delivery or arrival, we’ll make it right.

Eligibility for Return
  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Eligibility for Exchange
  • Items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in good, re-saleable condition, with no major damage or scratches, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Restocking fee may apply. Contact customer support for more details. 

 
Non‑Returnable Items
  • Customized or special‑order products.

  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse, or items showing damage indicative of attempted installation.

  • Clearance, open-box or final‑sale items.

 
Return Process
  1. Contact our support team by filling out the contact form, or by emailing us at billetindustries.cs@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged or was fulfilled with an item different from what was ordered. In such a case, please also provide a copy of the shipping receipt to the support team to process re-imbursement.

 
Refunds
  • Once received, returns are inspected and documented within 5-7 business days. You will be notified of return approval, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non‑refundable, except in cases of defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect items. In this case, return shipping charges will also be credited separately as in-store credit only. 

 
Exchanges
  • If you need a different size, finish, or product, please request an exchange when contacting support.

  • Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. 

 
Damaged or Defective Items
  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no additional cost.
